Roman Emperor Julian “the Apostate” 361-363 AD
Emporer Julian directed that Jerusalem and the Jewish Temple be rebuilt and that the Jews should return and worship in their homeland.
This is important because Emporer Julian reigned after Emporer Constantine both being a part of the 7th Global Kingdom on earth. The 7th Kingdom is also the current and on-going Kingdom in fact the Antichrist reigns as the final King of the 7th Kingdom.
The Antichrist as a King of the 7th Kingdom will seemingly confirm the previous Covenant of Emporer Julian and instruct the Jews to rebuild the Jewish Temple in Jerusalem.

False Prophet – Two Horns – Two Office Holders i.e. Annas & Caiaphas
And I beheld another beast coming up out of the earth; and he had two horns like a lamb, and he spake as a dragon. ~ Revelation 13:11
Annas & Caiaphas were the two horns of the Old Testament Caiaphas even Prophecised the expedient death of Jesus.
The New Testament False Prophet of Revelation will likewise also be a joint two horned office including both the Catholic Pope & another Christian leader possibly the English Archbishop of Canterbury or the Archbishop of York.

The Parable of the Lost Sheep – Matthew 18:12-14 KJV
How think ye? if a man have an hundred sheep, and one of them be gone astray, doth He not leave the ninety and nine, and goeth into the **mountains (i.e. Mystery Babylon – 7 Gentile Kingdom Mountains – Revelation 17:9-14) and **seeketh that which is gone astray? And if so be that he find it, verily I say unto you, he rejoiceth more of that sheep, than of the ninety and nine which went not astray. Even so it is not the will of your Father which is in heaven, that one of these little ones should perish.
And here is the mind which has wisdom. The seven heads are seven mountains, on which the woman sits. And there are seven kings: five are fallen, and one is, and the other is not yet come; and when he comes, he must continue a short space. And the beast that was, and is not, even he is the eighth, and is of the seven, and goes into perdition. And the ten horns which you saw are ten kings, which have received no kingdom as yet; but receive power as kings one hour with the beast. These have one mind, and shall give their power and strength unto the beast. These shall make war with the Lamb, and the Lamb shall overcome them: for He is Lord of lords, and King of kings: and they that are with him are called, and chosen, and faithful. ~ Revelation 17:9-14
Note: there are 10 final kings (horns) that give their power to the Antichrist. It’s not 10 kings then 3 are removed and 7 kings giving their power but a final version (from 24 kings) of 10 kings that give power – vote for the 1 Antichrist to rule.
